WARRANTY SUPPORT, RETURNS, DAMAGES, AND EXCHANGES
At Dark 30, we are committed to delivering reliable and high-performance products. We proudly offer a 5-year transferable warranty on all our thermal devices, covering normal wear and tear. This warranty applies to all Dark 30 products, ensuring peace of mind and reliable performance for our valued customers.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and breakage associated with the intended normal use of the product. It is transferable, meaning it follows the product regardless of ownership changes, providing continuous coverage from the date of the original sale.
Please note that this warranty does not apply to products that have been modified, abused, neglected, misused, or subjected to conditions beyond their intended use. Additionally, it excludes cosmetic damage, intentional damage, theft, loss, any act of God, or any condition caused by use other than intended and it does not cover normal wear and tear. Products with altered or damaged serial numbers, or those that have been opened or tampered with, will void the warranty.
If a product becomes defective during normal use within the warranty period, Dark 30 will repair or replace it at our discretion. If we cannot repair a product, we will offer a replacement in like or better condition. Customers are responsible for shipping the product to us for warranty service. We will cover the cost of returning the repaired or replaced product to the customer.
No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please contact our customer service team to obtain an RMA before sending your product. This warranty provides specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Limitations:
Non-rechargeable or disposable batteries are not covered under this warranty.
International Warranty Coverage is not available outside the United States.
To receive a Return Authorization number for warranty service, or out-of-warranty repair, you will need to do the following:
- Fill out the online Warranty Return Authorization Form.
- Once the request has been received you will either receive a reply email that contains all necessary return information or a customer service representative will contact you and give you a Return Authorization Number over the phone.
If you are sending in a product for a warranty repair, you will be required to fill out the Warranty Return Authorization Form. Once the form has been received and processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Return Authorization number and a PDF Return Form. The Return Form must be filled out completely, and mailed in with your product. In order for your repair to be successfully fulfilled, be sure to closely follow all instructions outlined by the Return Form.
If any of the aforementioned instructions are not properly followed, your request cannot be processed and the product will be held until you are contacted, and proper documentation is received.
To send in the product, you will be required to include the following items:
- The printed filled out PDF Repair Form that was emailed to you from Dark30.eu.
- The defective product.
- Copy of the original receipt showing when and where the product was purchased.
- The Return Authorization Number printed on the box, with a return address.
This warranty is non-transferable and is only valid if the product is registered within 30 days after the product has been purchased.
OTHER THAN THE WARRANTIES REFERRED TO IN THE TERMS OF SALE AND CONDITIONS, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Dark 30 EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING ANY DEVICES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT-ABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
